I’m Juanita, founder of JUVAII.
I help companies and professionals cut through AI hype and actually use it in their day-to-day work.
With 15+ years of experience in marketing and digital strategy across Switzerland, Europe, and LATAM, I’ve launched campaigns, led teams, and handled pressure from both sides of the table. Now, I teach companies how to integrate AI into marketing, communication, operations, and internal workflows in a way that’s practical, fast, and human.

About me
How I got here?
I was born in Colombia, raised in Argentina, and for over 13 years, I’ve called Switzerland home.
My first love was communication and I expressed it through graphic design. I’ve created over 100 book covers and worked in visual storytelling long before AI tools existed. When I moved to Switzerland, I quickly realized something: the world doesn’t wait. Paradigms shift fast, and if you don’t adapt, you fall behind.
That’s how I found marketing a perfect mix of my creative side and my obsessive attention to detail. I loved analyzing results, optimizing campaigns, understanding what works, and always asking: how can we do this better?
That question led me straight to AI.
Just like during my first big transition, I could feel the world shifting again. AI wasn’t a trend it was a skillset. And I didn’t want to just keep up. I wanted to understand it, apply it, and most importantly: help others do the same especially people who aren’t technical but still need to evolve.
I’ve spent the last few years doing just that: learning everything I could, experimenting with real use cases, and creating a way to teach AI in human language not “tech speak.”
Because communication is still my thing. Whether it's in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, or a bit of German — or whether it's just understanding someone’s professional language — I always try to meet people where they are. And help them move forward from there.
