At juvaii, I help professionals and teams across Switzerland use AI in their daily work from ChatGPT and Claude to custom workflows. I design practical systems tailored to how teams actually work, including content creation, communication, and internal processes. I mainly work with marketing, communication, sales, and HR teams, but the systems I design can be applied across other teams using AI in their daily work. I’m based in Zurich, Switzerland.

ABOUT
Why I started JUVAII
I’m Juanita Terrapon. For over 15 years, I worked as a marketing strategist, leading campaigns across Europe for large brands such as Carrefour, La Redoute, SNCF, Mediamarkt and Trainline.
Then AI and ChatGPT happened. I watched professionals struggle, smart, experienced people who suddenly felt lost with AI tools. Not because they lacked skills, but because most AI guidance was generic and disconnected from real business work.
That’s when I started teaching what I was learning myself: practical ways to use ChatGPT, Claude, and automation directly in day-to-day professional contexts.
Who I Work With
Marketing and communication teams, Sales, HR, and internal communication teams, cross-functional teams inside companies and entrepreneurs and growing organizations.
In short, anyone whose role involves content, communication, internal processes, or managing people.
I also teach Communication at École Internationale Tunon in Geneva, where I train future professionals on communication, alongside my work with corporate teams across Switzerland.
In 2026, I will also deliver guest lectures at the University of Zurich.

My approach combines 15+ years of corporate marketing experience with hands-on AI training, based on methods I’ve tested and refined inside real companies.
