THE STORY
Why I started juvaii
I started juvaii after watching companies buy AI tools and do nothing with them. Not because their teams were resistant but because nobody had taken the time to understand how they actually worked before handing them a tool and calling it training.
At juvaii, I work with Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and Gemini including AI image generation tools, custom agents and automated workflows. What makes this different is that I rarely train a team on a single tool. I combine them based on what the workflow actually needs. A marketing team might use Claude for strategy and ChatGPT for execution. A communications team might use ChatGPT for drafting and Gemini for visuals. The combination depends on your work, not on what’s trending.
I’ve worked with the University of Zurich, dacadoo, Tenerity, École Internationale Tunon, and the International Council for Harmonisation (ICH) across marketing, communications, HR, sales, and pharmaceutical regulatory teams. Every engagement starts the same way: I learn how you work before I touch any tool.
About
The story behind juvaii
I’m Juanita Terrapon, AI consultant, trainer, and founder of juvaii, based in Zurich.
My background is in digital marketing, communications, and design 15+ years across Switzerland, Europe, and Latin America. Before AI was part of anyone’s job description, I was managing campaigns, building brand identities, and navigating the same corporate pressures your team faces today. I came from your world, not from tech.
I’ve sat where your team sits. I know what a realistic workload looks like, what “we don’t have time for this” really means, and why most AI training doesn’t survive the first week back at the desk. The best solutions aren’t always technical, sometimes they’re creative. That instinct guide everything I build.
English, French and Spanish. Zurich to Geneva and beyond. Always the same approach: understand first, build second, follow up always.

AI Solutions - Consulting
The hardest part isn’t finding AI tools. It’s knowing which ones are worth your time and budget. I start by understanding whether AI is even the right answer, evaluating your workflows, your tools, and your actual problems before recommending anything.
AI tools you already have, actually working together
Most teams use one AI tool badly, instead of one tool perfectly or a combination of several tools well. I map ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, and Perplexity to what each task in your workflow actually needs, then train your team on that combination. Before training, I coordinate with legal, IT, and management to confirm every tool is being used in line with the company's AI security protocol. Not generic training on one tool at a time.
Strategic AI consulting, from evaluation to rollout
Before recommending anything, I evaluate your tools, your workflow, and your team, then manage what comes next, whether that's training, a custom build, or both. This is where most of my work happens: assessing what a team actually needs, choosing between existing tools and custom solutions, and managing the rollout end to end. Here are some examples:
Evaluated 10 AI tools for a scientific and technical international body, then trained their global teams on the one that fit, see the case here.
Built a custom AI-assisted governance system to harmonize terminology across six scientific and technical documents, see the case here.
Custom development, when nothing existing fits.
Sometimes the right answer isn’t a tool that already exists. When my evaluation shows a workflow needs something custom, I bring in a technical development partner to build it, always based on the same process: understand the workflow first, then decide what’s actually needed. See a few examples developed in different industries:
US marketing company: Needed a steady stream of on-brand social content without hiring more writers. After a structured onboarding to learn their voice, a custom AI content generator was built with a technical development partner over five months, now used by more than 200 people on their team.
Accessibility project: Supporting people who struggle to self-organize needed a lower-effort way to plan daily tasks. A voice-to-text app was built with a technical development partner, so users can plan by speaking instead of typing.
Landscaping company: Had no way to track jobs or quotes beyond memory and photos on someone's phone. A solution was built with a technical development partner: one app logging every project and quote, with AI generating quotes directly from site photos.
Transport company: With 20 drivers was coordinating every delivery by phone and paper. The need was mapped first, a prototype validated in weeks, then rolled out gradually: one mobile and web app for deliveries and scheduling, with AI optimizing routes and predicting delays before they happen.
The starting point is always a thorough evaluation before any investment. What fits your team, your budget, and your actual workflow, not what’s trending. Delivered in English, French, or Spanish, from Zurich to Geneva and beyond.

Tailored AI Workshops - Training
Your team picked Claude. Or ChatGPT. Or Copilot. Now what? Every engagement starts with a discovery call to understand your actual pain points and whether AI is even the right solution. I test these tools inside your real workflows before building anything.
Every session is built from scratch, no recycled decks, no generic programs. I've worked with the University of Zurich, dacadoo, Tenerity, École Internationale Tunon, and the International Council for Harmonisation (ICH). Delivered as team workshops, or as course-integrated sessions for schools and universities — teaching students directly, not just training staff. If you're a professor or academic staff and think your students would benefit, the process is the same: understand the course and the students first, then build the session around it. For students, that means teaching from real business cases, and helping them think about AI's role in their career and job market prospects.
Delivered in English, French, or Spanish, with follow-up after every engagement to make sure your team is actually using the tools.

I know AI is important but I have no idea where to begin. What do I do?
That's exactly where most of my clients start. The first step isn't picking a tool, it's understanding where AI can actually save you time or solve a real problem in your work. That's what the first conversation with me is for.
