Build the system, not just the AI training

Build the system, not just the AI training

If you're a Manager or Director rolling out AI across teams in different countries, the tool was never the hard part.

Three business cases went live on my website. Two with an international health standards organization, one with dacadoo:

→ Evaluated ten AI tools for a global health standards body, then trained their teams worldwide on the one they chose
→ Harmonized years of regulatory terminology across six governance documents for that same organization
→ I trained dacadoo's Marketing Team on AI, they cut campaign time by up to 70%

Three different problems. None of them got solved by picking a tool.

Evaluating ten options against real constraints: scientific content, confidential data rules, no unverified outputs. Structuring a two-layer review across six documents so terminology could be checked without changing its meaning, then building a custom app once the findings passed 100 and a spreadsheet stopped being workable. Rebuilding how a marketing team works so AI fits their existing process instead of replacing it.

That's the part before and after the tool: what has to be true for it to be safe and usable inside your organization and what has to change in how the team works for it to actually stick. Most AI rollouts skip straight to the tool and treat that structure as optional. It isn't. It's the difference between a license people rely on, and one that quietly stops getting used.

Full breakdown of all three, link in the first comment 🙂 If you find yourself identified with any of these problems or your organization has real constraints, compliance, scale, non-technical teams and needs that layer built, happy to talk it through in English, Français, or Español✋
